COLUMBUS, Ohio -- A man pleaded guilty Tuesday to federal drug and tax charges.
Robert Fusner, 33, admitted to conspiring to distribute more than 100 kilos of marijuana and evading taxes on his drug profits, NBC 4 reported.
Fusner was one of the owners of a popular Buckeye Lake bar -- Captain Woody's.
Federal investigators said Fusner and his partner Joseph Marasco were dealing drugs for more than seven years, bringing it from other states and Canada into Central Ohio.
Fusner faces up to 40 years in jail and a $2 million fine.
