COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Officers were called out to the city's East Side after a report of shots fired into a home.

Columbus police were called to the 2600 block of East 5th Avenue on a reported shooting a little after 8 p.m. Monday.
When officers arrived, no one was found shot, but witnesses said two carloads of unknown individuals fired several shots into their home.
Four children, ages 2 months to 16 years, were inside the house at the time of the reported gunfire.
Police asked anyone with information to call Columbus police at 614-645-4141.
