COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Columbus police and the FBI asked for your help to locate a bank robbery suspect.
NBC 4 reported with the FAST FACTS Thursday.
A man entered the National City Bank at 2700 Cleveland Ave. at about 9:04 a.m. Monday, March 2.
The man was observed writing on a deposit slip at a counter in the lobby.
The man stood in line, letting several customers go in front of him, before approaching a bank teller.
The FBI said he handed the teller a note that stated he was robbing the bank and wanted money.
The suspect told the teller he had a gun and would shoot if she did not comply, according to authorities.
Although no weapon was observed, the teller compiled.
The suspect took the money and fled the bank in a southbound direction, the FBI said.
The robbery suspect was identified as Anthony L. Dunn.
Dunn was described as a black male who is about 35, is about 6 feet 1 inches tall and weighs 185 pounds.
The FBI said there was a warrant on file that charges Dunn in the bank robbery.
