MUSKINGUM COUNTY, Ohio -- A person was killed in a trailer fire Thursday morning, according to authorities.
NBC 4 reported with the FAST FACTS.
Fire crews were called to the scene close to 9 a.m.
The Division of State Fire Marshal and the Muskingum County sheriff, along with local fire departments, continue to investigate the trailer fire on Hock Street in Philo.
There was one confirmed fatality.
The name, age and sex of the victim were not available currently.
Investigators said the cause of the fire and the cause of the death remained undetermined and under investigation.
Investigators continued to examine evidence at the scene and conduct interviews and were awaiting further information from the county coroner.
