GROVE CITY, Ohio -- A local pharmacy has been broken into four times in two months.
The pharmacy owner said he is furious the suspect in one of the incidents was out of jail.
A local business owner shared his frustrations with NBC 4's Matt Alvarez in a CRIME-WATCH report.
"He's back on the street. You think he's not going to do this again?" Kenstar Pharmacy owner Jim Ricket asked.
In a struggling economy, the last thing Ricket wants to worry about is another break-in.
Ricket said he can't believe suspect James Hoover isn't behind bars.
"At the end of the day, do you think business owners around this area are concerned about it? I would say not only here but every pharmacy in Ohio. You should be on your toes. You think this guy's not going to do it again," Ricket said.
A suspect allegedly broke into Kenstar Pharmacy at 3995 Broadway Tuesday, Feb. 24, via the back door.
When the suspect heard the alarm system go off, he fled.
But not before Grove City officers were hot on the trail since headquarters are two blocks away from the pharmacy.
Officers arrested and charged James Hoover with one count of breaking and entering, possession of criminal tools and receiving stolen property.
Hoover posted his less than $5,00 bond Monday, March 9.
"We've got cameras, motion detectors. We're protected, but what bothers me is the guy down the street or someone else," Ricket said.
The incident was one of 21 breaking-and-entering cases since Thursday, Jan. 1, 2009, according to Grove City Police Captain Steve Robinette.
Some of those cases, according to Robinette, have been drug-related.
