COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Emergency utility repair closed portions of northbound U.S. Route 23 and Hudson Street Wednesday afternoon.

U.S. Route 23 northbound, or High Street, was closed at Hudson Street by the city and AEP.
That was on the city's North Side.
Hudson Street was closed between High and East streets.
Restrictions were lifted at 1:15 p.m.
