CINCINNATI, Ohio -- FBI Director Robert Mueller says the agency is offering a $20,000 reward for information about a drive-by shooting that slightly injured an undercover FBI agent in suburban Cincinnati.
Mueller was in Cincinnati on Thursday for a previously scheduled visit, a day after 15 rounds were fired at the on-duty agent in a parking lot.
Mueller says the reward is for information leading to the arrest and conviction of anyone involved in the shooting.
The FBI says the agent received minor scratches to his head, probably from debris. He did not return fire, and no one else was injured.
The agency did not identify the agent or disclose what he was doing in the area. It say over 25 shell casings were recovered at the scene.
