Man Dies After He Falls 15 Feet, Hits Head

LEWIS CENTER, Ohio -- A man was killed when he fell 15 feet and hit his head early Tuesday afternoon.

NBC 4 reported with the FAST FACTS.

Orange Township fire was called to the 7700 block of Kingman Place close to noon.

Orange Township fire said the man was a roofer and he fell approximately 15 feet off a roof and hit his head.

The man was transported to Riverside Methodist Hospital after the near-fatal fall.

Orange Township Lieutenant Arnold confirmed the man's death at 2:15 p.m.

No more immediate information was available, including the identity of the roofer.
