OSU Issues Crime Alert

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Early Saturday morning at approximately 1:45 a.m., a staff member of Ohio State University reported he was robbed. According to reports, the staff member was meeting a person in an attempt to purchase an item from Craig’s List. After taking the victim’s money, the suspect pushed the victim and fled the area in a white van. The suspect is described as a white male, 40-50 years old, 6’ tall and weighing 230 pounds. He is a medium built man with short white hair. Police are asking if you have any information regarding this crime to contact the Columbus Police at (614) 645-4545 or University Police at (614) 292-2121.
