DELAWARE, Ohio -- A mother of two is wanted by Delaware County authorities for owing more than $50,000 in child support.
According to Delaware County Prosecutor Dave Yost, Mary Green, 47, was indicted Friday on two county of non-support -- both fifth-degree felonies.
Officials said she owes $50,827.18 in child support for her son and daughter, who are both now over the age of 18.
"Justice is a community effort and we need the community to help us bring this deadbeat queen to the bar of justice," Yost said.
Green also has an outstanding arrest warrant for an open 2005 case, which she was indicted with the same charges.
