Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers say Butler, Ind., mayor Floyd C. Coburn died Sunday afternoon while riding with friends along U.S. 20 in Defiance County. He was 65.
Police say a motorcyclist riding in front of Coburn slowed and Coburn's bike struck him from behind. The crash sent Coburn's motorcycle off the road.
