REYNOLDSBURG, Ohio -- Reynoldsburg City Schools is licking its wounds after a loss at the polls earlier this month.
The district's second round of cuts, which will include some 100 jobs, programs and busing, were set for the coming weeks.
The first round of cuts began in March and officials said a third round could come later.
What's next for the district? Will the district try to put the levy back on the ballot?
A district spokesperson says August is out of the question but wouldn't rule out November.
There have been some rumblings within school circles that November won't happen either, but many in the community are holding out hope.
Students in various music programs at different levels in the district are worried about what is being lost.
Some tell NBC 4, they never would have chased their musical dreams if it had not been for the guidance at the elementary school level.
There has been a push for local music classes outside the school setting since the no vote came in.
