DAYTON, Ohio -- A mom was in court Monday after she was accused of having sex in her car while her children watched from the backseat.

Authorities said they found 24-year-old Danica Wallace engaged in sexual activity with a man in the front seat.
Wallace was charged with two counts of endangering children and public indecency.
She reportedly told police she pulled over to have sex because they could not have sex at a friend's house.
Wallace told a different story in court and pleaded not guilty Monday.
“I had spilled beer on my pants, and when I went to change my pants, the police pulled up and said I was engaged in sex in the seat,” Wallace said in court. “I was not engaged in any sex while my kids were in the backseat.”
Wallace’s 3-year-old son and 1-year-old daughter were in the back seat.
She failed a field-sobriety test, according to police.
Police said officers found open beer bottles and marijuana residue in the car.
