POINT PLEASANT, W.Va. -- State police say the principal of Wahama High School has been arrested on felony sex charges related to an alleged incident with a boy that occurred in 1986.
Cpl. C.K. Zerkle says 59-year-old David Graham of Pomeroy, Ohio, turned himself in to State Police on Tuesday after learning about a warrant against him.
Zerkle says Graham has resigned his position and is free on $100,000 bond.
Zerkle says the alleged victim waited so long to come forward because he believed something had been done about the alleged incident. But no charges were initially filed two decades ago because information wasn't turned over to police.
