ST. PARIS, Ohio -- Alcohol is deemed a factor in an accident Saturday morning in which one brother was killed and the second critically injured.
Tony Bryant, 36, of Piqua was killed in the crash.
Troopers at the Marysville Post of the State Highway Patrol say he was the driver of a pickup headed west on State Route 273 in Richland Township when the truck went off the right side of the road.
The vehicle overturned, crossed the highway and landed in a ditch, ejecting Bryant and his brother, Travis, 31, also of Piqua.
Tony was pronounced dead at the scene.
Travis was transported by Med-Flight to an Allen County Hospital.
This was the first traffic fatality for Logan county in 2009. It remains under investigation.
