Car Pulls Into Path of Motorcycle; Biker Killed

RICHWOOD, Ohio -- A man died after a collision between a motorcycle and car in northeastern Union County Sunday evening.

Troopers said a man and woman riding a Gold Wing Honda northbound onsState Route 37 near Richwood were injured when a car pulled out from a stop on Boundary Road and into the path of the bike.

The crash sent both the driver and passenger of the motorcycle to The Ohio State University Medical Center, where the man later died. The two occupants of the car were treated at Marion General Hospital and released.

The accident is under investigation and will be turned over the the prosecutor's office when complete.
