COLUMBUS, Ohio -- The U.S. Marshals released a new list of most-wanted fugitives and were looking for tips that lead to their arrests, NBC 4's Marcus Thorpe reported.
EDITOR'S NOTE: This list is current as of Sunday, May 24, 2009.
No. 1 – Gerard Peterson
Peterson, 28, is wanted for possession of drugs. He is described as a black male who is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 170 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.
No. 2 – Joe Williams
Williams, 48, is wanted for failing to register as a sex offender. He is described as a white male who is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 185 pounds. He has brown eyes and brown hair.
No. 4 – Richard Gardner
UPDATE: Gardner, 52, who was wanted for a parole violation on an original charge of rape was captured in another state.
