COLUMBUS, Ohio – Before the Buckeyes and Wolverines go to battle on the field, former players from both sides are putting their differences aside and coming together for more than just football this Thursday.
It is the annual Celebrities for Diabetes Event taking place at the Buckeye Hall of Fame Café. The theme this year is to celebrate the greatest rivalry in college football.
This year Archie Griffin will be honored celebrating his first Heisman Trophy, 35 years ago. Between both schools, there have been a combined 18 national titles and 10 Heisman Trophy winners.

All proceeds will benefit the Central Ohio Diabetes Association.
