COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Columbus police arrested a second suspect after a man was found fatally shot in an SUV last week.
NBC 4 reported with the FAST FACTS.
Shannon Tackett, 34, of Columbus was arrested without incident on Williams Road Tuesday.
Tackett was charged with aggravated robbery and aggravated murder.
Columbus police arrested 20-year-old Ashley Nicole Baldwin at 1027 Rumsey Rd. without incident late last Wednesday in connection with the fatal shooting.
Officers were dispatched to the parking lot of the Northland Arm apartments on the 4600 block of Tamarack Boulevard around 2 a.m.
The body of an adult male was discovered in a black SUV in the lot.
James A. Davis, 47, was found fatally shot with a gunshot wound to the head. Police said a firearm was found in the SUV with the body.
An NBC 4 crew reported live from the scene of a SWAT standoff on Rockcastle Drive near Morse and Karl roads Tuesday morning.
A woman walked up to the crew and asked for a cell phone shortly before 6 a.m. She told NBC 4 her husband, Davis, had been shot in the head. She called 911.
The woman led police to a nearby parking lot, but it wasn't the one where Davis' body was found.
Police charged Baldwin in Davis' murder. She was given an $85,000 bond Tuesday and remains in the Franklin County Jail.
NBC 4 originally reported Baldwin was Davis' wife. She said so in the 911 call to report his shooting, but authorities said Baldwin and Davis were not married.
Davis' death was the city's 75th homicide of 2009.
