COLUMBUS, Ohio -- A suspect remained at large Wednesday after an attempted robbery and shooting.

Columbus police were called to the 4100 block of Dundee Avenue on the city's Southeast Side at about 10:15 a.m.
A suspect attempted a robbery outside of an apartment building, according to police. There was an altercation and a person was shot.
The victim was transported to Grant Medical Center in stable condition.
The suspect remained on the loose, and CPD continued to investigate.
