CHILLICOTHE, Ohio -- A forklift operator was killed while on the job Friday at an auto parts glass distribution center in Chillicothe.
The incident occurred at an industrial park on Southern Avenue on the south side at about 9:24 a.m.
Emergency crews responded to a call for help, but were unable to assist the victim, who was severely injured and pronounced dead at the scene.
Officials are investigating the incident.
The victim's identity has not been released.
