OSU Construction Graduates Give Edge In Industry

»  Comments | Post a Comment

COLUMBUS, Ohio – An Ohio State degree is giving some students an edge in their industry of choice, but what is setting this program apart for the future?

The construction industry may be down this year, but apparently more firms are hiring OSU graduates from the Construction Systems Management Program.

OSU students are benefiting from a software program called Building Information Modeling, which helps construction firms deliver projects on time and on budget.

Students helped design the energy-efficient campus 4-H building that uses recycled materials, geothermal energy and fluted windows to regulate heat.
