LICKING COUNTY, Ohio -- A vehicle crash closed a portion of Interstate 70 westbound in Licking County for about 30 minutes Sunday afternoon.

NBC 4 reported with the FAST FACTS.

Authorities closed a portion of I-70 westbound at state Route 13 for a two-vehicle crash at about 12:30 p.m.

The closing affected traffic on I-70 westbound.

The freeway reopened to traffic by 1 p.m. Sunday.

Authorities asked motorists to use U.S. Route 40 as an alternate.

A female was being transported by Med-Flight to OSU Medical Center Main.
