COLUMBUS, Ohio -- U.S. Marshals arrested a most-wanted fugitive in connection with a fatal shooting that happened in June.

Darwan Stone was arrested and charged with complicity to aggravated murder Thursday.
Stone was arrested at his girlfriend’s apartment on East Pointe Ridge.
The girlfriend was charged with obstruction of justice. Her name was not available currently.
Bernard Hawkins, 17, was fatally shot at a Northeast Side high-school graduation party June 14.
Wesley Whitehead, 18, also was wounded in the shooting that happened on Mock Road.
Stone was listed by U.S. Marshals as a most-wanted fugitive in November 2008. He was wanted for carrying a concealed weapon.
Suspect Virgil McClendon, 18, is awaiting trail on aggravated murder and other charges connected to the shooting.
