COLUMBUS, Ohio -- The Interstate 71 southbound ramp to Interstate 70 westbound reopened in the east Split area shortly before noon.

NBC 4 reported with the FAST FACTS.

Authorities closed the Interstate 71 southbound ramp to Interstate 70 westbound after a semi overturned at about 10:45 a.m.
