COLUMBUS, Ohio -- The state Route 104 westbound ramp to I-71 northbound reopened after an hours-long closing Friday.

Authorities closed the state Route 104 westbound ramp to I-71 northbound shortly after 9:30 a.m. That's on the city's South Side.
A tanker truck crashed on its side because of the weather, according to CPD dispatchers.
The 57-year-old driver was transported to Grant Medical Center. He said he didn’t remember the crash.
Columbus police called for absorbent materials at the crash scene.
The ramp reopened to traffic at 2 p.m.
