Authorities shutdown access to I-71 northbound from I-70 westbound and eastbound late Friday morning after a tractor trailer crashed. That's in the east Split.
The I-70 westbound ramp to I-71 northbound reopened shortly before 12:30 p.m.
The I-70 eastbound ramp to I-71 northbound reopened shortly before 2 p.m.
The tractor trailer apparently almost went through a wall.
The entrance ramps to 18th Avenue and from Livingston Avenue to I-71 NB also were closed.
