DENVER, Colorado -- Authorities in Ohio have arrested a man accused of sexually assaulting men who were lured to his apartment in Colorado with promises of employment.
Police in Boulder, Colo., say the U.S. Marshals Service and the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested 56-year-old David McCoy on Tuesday in Cleveland on a warrant issued by the Boulder Police Department.
McCoy is expected to be returned to Boulder for prosecution. It was not immediately clear whether he has a lawyer. Police did not disclose the number of alleged victims.
