COLUMBUS, Ohio -- An overturned tractor trailer closed a North Side entrance ramp for a little more than an hour Thursday.
NBC 4 reported with the FAST FACTS.
The U.S. Route 23 southbound ramp to I-270 eastbound was closed shortly before 1 p.m.
It was reopened shortly after 2 p.m.
