Where can you get your H1N1 vaccine?

DELAWARE COUNTY
Free H1N1 immunizations will be available at The Columbus Zoo Wednesday, Feb. 24. The H1N1 immunizations will be available at the Zoo Activity Pavilion from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. People wanting H1N1 immunizations will be admitted to the zoo for free and get free parking. The immunizations will be given by the Delaware General Health District and are available for zoo patrons and employees. No appointments are needed. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and have consent forms signed by a parent to receive the immunizations. Consent forms can be downloaded from http://www.delawarehealth.org.

All H1N1 immunizations clinics are available to the general public by appointment.

The Delaware General Health District’s appointment-only immunization clinics will be conducted in Grady Memorial Hospital’s new Delaware Health Center at 801 OhioHealth Blvd., Delaware, from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. every Tuesday and Thursday.

Immunizations offered at the Adult Walk-In Clinics held every weekday from 7:30 to 9 a.m. at the center.

Persons wanting the H1N1 vaccine also are encouraged to download consent forms and to preregister online and bring their completed consent forms and preregistration form to the clinic.

FAIRFIELD COUNTY
The Pickerington Local School District (PLSD) has partnered with the Fairfield County Health Department (FCHD) to make the 2009 H1N1 influenza vaccine available to all students.

LICKING COUNTY
Open to the public:
1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., Tuesdays at Licking County Health Department 675 Price Road Newark, Ohio
10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Thursdays at Licking County Health Department 675 Price Road Newark, Ohio
1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., Thursdays at Licking County Health Department 675 Price Road Newark, Ohio

Children younger than age 10 in need of an H1N1 booster are eligible to be vaccinated at each clinic, as long as it has been a minimum of 28 days since the child received its first H1N1 vaccine.

There is no charge for the vaccination; however, the Health Department is continuing to accept donations for the food pantry.

MORROW COUNTY

UNION COUNTY

Clinic is open to anyone age 6 months and older. H1N1 vaccination is FREE; Seasonal vaccination is $20 for adults over age 18, $10 for children age 18 years and younger, FREE for individuals with Medicare or Medicaid.

Beginning Feb. 1, H1N1 vaccination will be available at the health department during regular walk-in hours: 8 to 9 a.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
