OSTRANDER, Ohio -- A Central Ohio man was indicted this week in connection with the shooting death of his wife.

Daniel Fry, 40, of 8960 Mills Road, was indicted with one count each of aggravated murder and tampering with evidence.

At about 8 a.m. Saturday, Delaware County sheriff's deputies were called to the Mills Road home, where Mary Fry was found dead from multiple gunshot wounds.

Fry was immediately taken into custody and is currently being held in the Delaware County Jail on $1 million bond. His bond was increased from $250,000 after prosecutors changed his charge from murder to aggravated murder.

An arraignment date has not yet been set.
