PERRY COUNTY, Ohio – A man is dead after a single-vehicle crash in Perry County.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol Lancaster Post says the accident occurred around 7:00 am Saturday.
Robert Banfill was driving a 2000 Honda Accord east on State Route 188 near High Point Road in Perry County. The vehicle left the roadway, striking a guardrail and overturning.
Banfill was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.
Officials say Banfill was not wearing a safety belt.
A cause has not yet been determined and OSP continues to investigate the fatal accident.
