CINCINNATI -- A Cincinnati man who originally told police he thought he had downloaded Kid Rock music videos has been sentenced to five years in prison for having child pornography on his computer instead.
Thirty-nine-year-old Dwayne King could have received up to 15 years when he faced a Hamilton County judge on Monday. But the shorter prison term was part of King's deal with prosecutors when he pleaded guilty last month to 10 counts of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor.
Authorities say 10 videos depicting children in sex acts were detected on King's computer by a state agent using the same type of file-sharing software often used by people who want to find and swap kiddie porn.
