CHILLICOTHE, Ohio -- A Chillicothe man has been charged with inducing panic.
According to The Chillicothe Gazette, the man is accused of making threats to "take out" people on a hit list.
Officers found guns near Robert Pulver's bed, more than 1,000 rounds of ammunition, a gas mask, binoculars, flashlight, camouflage paint and a canteen.
Pulver also had white supremacist paraphernalia in his home.
Police said they are concerned because he lives close to Chillicothe High School.
