TOLEDO, Ohio - Relatives are offering a reward for information into the death of an Ohio woman whose bound body was found in a marina, weighted down with concrete blocks.
Investigators say 26-year-old Jennifer Shively of Toledo was strangled before her body was dumped in Lamberjack's Marina near Oak Harbor, about 20 miles east of Toledo. The body was discovered in the water on Aug. 25; authorities say that was 10 days after Shively was last seen.
The Ottawa County Sheriff's office says the reward is at least $1,000.
At a news conference on Thursday, Shively's brother, Raymond Smith, pleaded for people who know anything about her death to come forward. He said the killing is tearing up Shively's loved ones.
