DELAWARE COUNTY -- A woman was killed in a two-vehicle crash in Delaware County Monday evening.

The two-vehicle crash occurred around 6:30 p.m. on U.S. Route 23 at Windbrush Avenue in Delaware County.
According to officials, 84-year-old Paul Cook of Westerville was turning left on Windbrush Avenue from northbound U.S. 23 in a 2000 Buick Park Avenue.
Cook’s vehicle collided with a 2000 Honda Odyssey going southbound on U.S. 23. The Honda was driven by 51-year-old Chris Varvarosky of Hilliard.
Paul was transported by medic to the Ohio State University Medical Center with nonlife-threatening injuries.
Faith Cook, 79, of Westerville was a passenger in the Buick.
She also was transported by medic to OSU Medical Center.
Faith was pronounced dead at the hospital.
Varvarosky was not injured in the crash.
The crash remained under investigation by the Ohio State Highway Patrol Delaware post.
