COLUMBUS, Ohio -- The U.S. Marshals released a new list of most-wanted fugitives and were looking for tips that lead to their arrests, NBC 4's Marcus Thorpe reported.
EDITOR'S NOTE: This list is current as of Sunday, Sept. 13, 2009.
No. 1 – Brandon Hoston - Apprehended
Hoston, 21, was wanted for felonious assault.
Authorities said Hoston walked up to a vehicle parked in front of 5476 Carbondale Dr. at about 4:45 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 6, 2009, and fired three to four shots into the vehicle, hitting a female victim in the leg.
Hoston turned himself into authorities Sunday.
No. 2 – Rodney Smith
Smith, 51, is wanted for failure to register as a sex offender.
Smith was described as a black male who is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 169 pounds. He has brown eyes and is bald.
Smith has surrendered himself to police.
No. 3 – David Wamsley
Wamsley is wanted for robbery.
He was described as a white male who is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 155 pounds. He has green eyes and brown hair.
No. 4 – Talvi Hunter
Hunter, 39, is wanted for failure to register as a sex offender.
He was described as a black male who is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 165 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.
