CHILLICOTHE, Ohio -- A woman’s father-in-law shot her in the head early Sunday, according to authorities.
NBC 4 reported with the FAST FACTS.
Chillicothe police were dispatch to the 600 block of Glencroft Avenue on reports of a shooting.
Missie Clay-Davis, 28, was shot in the head, and police suspect her father-in-law, 52-year-old Terry Davis.
Davis was transported to Grant Medical Center and remains in the ICU.
Police continued to investigate and said the completed investigation would be reviewed by the Ross County prosecutor for possible criminal charges.
No more immediate information was available, including whether the shooting was accidental.
