COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Columbus police have identified a most-wanted fugitive as a suspect in a recent armed robbery and shooting.

Frankie D. Mosley, 20, was identified as a suspect in an aggravated robbery that happened at about 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 4.
Lacy Frazier, 54, was outside his Kenmore Avenue residence when two suspects approached him.
The suspects, a male and a female, asked for some vehicle help.
As Frazier was walking towards his house, the suspects shot him, police said.
There was an altercation between Frazier and the suspects, and the suspects took property from Frazier, according to a police report.
The suspects fled on foot, police said.
Frazier was transported to OSU Medical Center Main and was treated and released.
Mosley also has warrants of felonious assault and kidnapping for another recent case.

The second suspect was described as a black female who is 18 to 19 years old. She has a thin build, is about 5 feet 8 inches tall and has short hair.
CPD said Mosley should be considered armed and dangerous.
