Walletpop.com recently listed Cleveland as the second worst place to live in the U.S., outranking Detroit, Las Vegas and Miami, among others.
The U.S. Census Bureau estimated that 2,658 people left the city last year alone. That's the largest numerical drop among America's major cities.
WalletPop says one reason for the label is the weather, with the city getting almost 60 inches of snow every winter and an average annual temperature of just 50 degrees.
High taxes, poor performing sports teams and high corruption are also are listed as factors, with more than 300 northern Ohio public officials being convicted of crimes in the last 10 years.
The city also ranks in the top third of all metro areas for foreclosure rates.
In Monday's Buzz segment, we asked viewers: Do you think Cleveland deserves this negative label?
