COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Polaris Parkway has reopened to all traffic after a multiple-vehicle fatal crash Monday afternoon.
Westerville Police say that officers responded to a three-car crash on Polaris Parkway at Worthington Road around 3:55 p.m.
Three people were taken from the scene to St. Ann's Hospital where one of the drivers, 46 year-old Richard P. Crabtree of Westerville, died.
Polaris Parkway was closed in both directions during the investigation and cleanup.
This crash is still under investigation by the Westerville Division of Police Accident Reconstruction Unit.
