PIKETON, Ohio -- Authorities continued to investigate a one-vehicle rollover crash in which alcohol might have been a factor.

The Chillicothe post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol continued to investigate a one-vehicle traffic crash that occurred on Wakefield Mound Road at mile marker 5 in Pike County at about 2:10 a.m. New Year's Day.
Seth T. Ricer, 26, of Piketon was driving a red Chevrolet S-10 pickup southbound on Wakefield Mound road when the vehicle drove off the right side of the roadway, overcorrected and overturned coming to final rest on the left side of the roadway.
Ricer was ejected from the vehicle and was transported by Pike EMS to Pike Hospital and later transported by Life EMS to Grant Medical Center for head injuries.
Matthew T. Parker of Piketon was the passenger. Parker was transported by Pike EMS to Pike Hospital where he was treated for minor injuries.
Trooper said alcohol is believed to be a factor.
The crash remained under investigation.
