BELLEFONTAINE, Ohio -- Troopers continued to investigate a two-vehicle fatal crash that happened Tuesday morning.
NBC 4 reported with the FAST FACTS from the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
The crash happened on U.S. Route 33, near state Route 274, at about 7:30 a.m. in Logan County.
The crash involved a commercial vehicle owned by J.B. Hunt Transportation and a green 1996 Ford Contour. The tractor-trailer did not have a load at the time of the crash.
The Ford was traveling eastbound on U.S. 33, and the semi was traveling westbound.
The vehicles collided in the westbound lanes.
One person was pronounced dead at the scene by the Logan County coroner.
Authorities have not released additional information on the crash or the victims.
The crash remained under investigation.
