CHILLICOTHE, Ohio -- Three people were arrested Monday afternoon after police executed a search warrant and allegedly found drugs and drug paraphernalia in a Chillicothe home.

Chillicothe police executed a search warrant at 504 Mill St. at about 3 p.m. Monday.
CPD's tactical team made entry into the residence, and five people were detained while detectives conducted the search.
Detectives located numerous pieces of drug paraphernalia, including syringes, crack pipes, etc., during the search, according to police.
Detectives also found approximately 6 grams of crack cocaine next to 20-year-old Lamar Howell of Columbus, police said.
Mark Boyer, 27, and 43-year-old Tammy Eidenour, both of Chillicothe, were found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia, according to a police report.
Howell was arrested for possession of crack cocaine and was incarcerated at the Ross County Jail.
Boyer and Eidenour were arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and also were incarcerated at the Ross County Jail.
All other parties were released.
