»  Comments | Post a Comment

COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Beulah Park and Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O'Brien have reached an agreement Wednesday on the sweepstakes games that officials consider gambling.

Beulah Park agreed to remove the games and refrain from using them unless Ohio legalizes gambling or a court rules the sweepstakes games are legal under Ohio law.

Another hearing involving Spinner's Café on West Broad Street is set for later January.
