A second suspect is now facing charges in connection with a homicide that occurred in May.
The shooting occurred on May 3 when Harold S. Dean Jr., 23, was found inside a vacant home at 809 Seibert St. with gunshot wounds. Dean was pronounced dead at 12:26 p.m.
According to Columbus police, charges of aggravated murder and aggravated robbery were filed against 18-year-old Shivell Milton.
Shivell Milton was apprehended by Columbus police SWAT officers Wednesday morning without incident.
Charges were previously filed against 17-year-old Anthony Milton, who was incarcerated on unrelated charges.
Shivell Milton is scheduled to appear in court Thursday.
