COLUMBUS, Ohio -- What will downtown Columbus look like in 10 years?
You can help answer the question as urban leaders look ahead to 2020.
Members of the Downtown Columbus Strategic Plan held its first public input meeting Tuesday night to gather ideas about what residents, workers and other central Ohioans want to see Downtown a decade from now.
The last time the city put together a strategic plan for the Downtown area was 2002 when housing expansion topped the agenda.
"We're going to find out what's realistic and what can actually be achieved," Guy Worley said. "And work on trying to figure out how can we invest and get the most bang for our buck and implement the projects that are actually doable."
If you have an idea that can help the Downtown area, go to http:www.downtowncolumbus.com/plan and fill out a survey before March 19.
The next public input meeting will be held April 15.
