COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Columbus police are investigating a shooting that occurred Thursday night on the city’s West Side.
The victim, Kevin Starks, told police he was approached by two unknown males on the 600 block of South Ogden Avenue around 8:43 p.m.
Starks, 32, said the men had handguns and attempted to rob him. The robbery was unsuccessful, but Starks was shot once in the arm by the suspects.
Stark was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.
