POWELL, Ohio -- More than two dozen people face charges after deputies were called to a weekend party where teenagers allegedly were consuming alcohol.

The Delaware County sheriff's office was called to the 4600 block of Sibel Court at about 10:30 p.m. Saturday on reports of parking problems on the street.
"There were so many cars lining the street it was difficult to drive in the area," Sheriff Walter L. Davis III said.
Deputies said there were almost to 50 people at a house party and most of them were 17 or 18 years old.
Davis said 17 adults were arrested and transported to the Delaware County jail. He said nine juveniles who were found to have consumed alcohol were released to their parents.
The homeowner was out of town at the time of the party.
The 26 people face various charges, including obstructing official business, possession of drug paraphernalia, underage consumption and unruly juvenile offenses.
