LANCASTER, Ohio -- No charges will be filed in connection with a crash that killed a 27-year-old woman last fall.

According to the Lancaster post of The Ohio State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred on Coonpath Road in Fairfield County at about 1:20 a.m. on Sept. 19, 2009.

Officials said 27-year-old Susan Blade, of Lancaster, was standing outside of her disabled vehicle along the roadway when she was struck by a Chevrolet Blazer driven by 68-year-old Mona Berry, of Lancaster.

Blade was pronounced dead at the scene.

According to the Fairfield County prosecutor's office, a grand jury reviewed the crash Friday and determined unanimously that Berry did not violate any criminal laws in the accident.

No criminal charges will be filed in connection with the crash.
